Our Beef

Committed to the wellness of our cattle and the quality of our beef.  Our heritage cattle are reared outdoors most of the year, where they are free to roam in fresh paddocks. They are grass fed and certified-organic which ensures that they are meeting their optimum nutritional requirements and are both chemical and GMO free. Our small herd of beef cattle are managed using holistic planned grazing and are 100% grass-fed and finished on our family farm in County Laois.
